Choir Contract & Registration

Introduction

Thank you for choosing Weber Valley Voices. We are thrilled to have your child join our choir. Our goal is to provide every singer with a rewarding, high-quality experience. Please review the terms below; completing the registration confirms your acceptance and support of these guidelines.

Commitment Expectations

• Attendance – Attend all rehearsals, performances, and choir-sponsored events. If illness or emergency prevents attendance, notify the Choir Director as soon as possible.
• Punctuality – Arrive on time. Repeated tardiness or absences may lead to dismissal.
• At-Home Practice – Rehearse assigned music between sessions to ensure individual preparedness.
• Semester Completion – Enrollment is by semester; singers are expected to remain active until the semester ends. New singers are admitted only at the start of a semester.

Tuition & Payment

• Monthly Tuition – $60.00 per student.
  • A $5.00/month discount for each additional child from the same family.
• Due Date – Tuition is due at the beginning of each month.
• Payment Methods – Cash, or electronic transfer (details provided separately).
• Refund Policy – Tuition is non-refundable. Exceptions may be granted for extended illness or family relocation.

Code of Conduct

• Respect – Show courtesy to fellow singers, staff, and volunteers. Bullying, harassment, or disrespect will not be tolerated.
• Compliance – Follow all instructions from the Choir Director and staff promptly and cooperatively.
• Teamwork – Support and encourage one another; our success depends on collective effort.
• Positivity – Maintain an enthusiastic, constructive attitude during rehearsals and performances.

Uniform Requirements

Parents/Guardians purchase performance attire using the link provided by the Choir Director. Uniforms must be kept clean, wrinkle-free, and complete for every performance.

Agreement

By regestering below, the Parent/Guardian and the student acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to follow the policies outlined in this contract. Following these guidelines will create a positive choir experience. Failure to meet these expectations may result in disciplinary action, including dismissal from the choir.
